Banana fritters is one of my favourite snacks. They are best served with hot drinks preferably coffee. So, here's a simple recipe on how to make banana fritters. The ingredients are ; 1. Bananas ( 5 - 6 would do ) 2. Flour (2 cups) 3. Butter (2 tablespoons) 4. Sugar (1tablespoon) 5. Water ( 1cup, *add more if needed) 6. Oil (for frying) Tips ! 1. Make sure you choose a suitable bananas, I'm not sure the name of the one I used, but it is perfect for fritters, they are sweet and soft ( different type of bananas have different taste to it) 2. Do not put too much sugar , it'll make your fritters to stick to your pan. Step by step 1. Mix flour, butter, sugar and water in a bowl. 2. Make sure the mixture is not too thick nor to runny. 3. Peel the bananas and slice them. 3 slices per banana would do. 4. Dip the bananas into the mixture. 5. Fry them well according to your preferences. 6. Take them out and let them cool. Dig in amigo! Imagine basking under the sun with a book next to you, then you move to another spot cause the sun is scorching hot, so you sit under a coconut tree, silently praying no coconuts would hit you, then you open your book and you start reading. The wind from the sea hit you smoothly, the trees dancing around you and suddenly a coconut falls ,thankfully not on you, and you somehow know how to open a coconut using bare hands, and you drink the coconut during breaks in reading your book.
