Banana fritters is one of my favourite snacks. They are best served with hot drinks preferably coffee. So, here's a simple recipe on how to make banana fritters. The ingredients are ; 1. Bananas ( 5 - 6 would do ) 2. Flour (2 cups) 3. Butter (2 tablespoons) 4. Sugar (1tablespoon) 5. Water ( 1cup, *add more if needed) 6. Oil (for frying) Tips ! 1. Make sure you choose a suitable bananas, I'm not sure the name of the one I used, but it is perfect for fritters, they are sweet and soft ( different type of bananas have different taste to it) 2. Do not put too much sugar , it'll make your fritters to stick to your pan. Step by step 1. Mix flour, butter, sugar and water in a bowl. 2. Make sure the mixture is not too thick nor to runny. 3. Peel the bananas and slice them. 3 slices per banana would do. 4. Dip the bananas into the mixture. 5. Fry them well according to your preferences. 6. Take them out and let them cool. Dig in amigo!
